I have been aFace pic Senior Consultant for Executive Action offering career consultancy to Middle, Senior and Board-level managers and CEOs for the past ten years. I also run a programme for younger people in their twenties and early thirties. I trained in Career Consultancy at the Tavistock Centre in Swiss Cottage, London.

I run a clinical practice in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and hold a Doctorate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies at the University of Essex and qualified as a Clinical Practitioner in 1996.

I am a trustee of the British Psychotherapy Foundation and registrant of the British Psychoanalytic Council. My first career was in the film industry, spending fifteen years in Film Production and Distribution for the British Film Institute and two years as Script Development Executive for Lenny Henry’s production company, Crucial Films.
